My folks have lived in the same house all my life, which gives a nice sense of continuity. They were happily married for 50 years, until my mom died of cancer in July, 2002. Dad now lives there alone, very active in the local church and with his hobbies. He's thrilled to be Opa for Heidi's baby daughter Gabrielle.
